The Women in Leadership program will be having its quarterly luncheon at the Richardson Women’s Club to discuss the five stages of a woman’s path to career success. The Women in Leadership program was established to encourage, inspire and develop women as they grow into leaders in business and our community. The luncheon is entitled "Life Shouldn't Be Like a Box of Chocolates: How To Prepare for Your Financial Journey,” and will delve into the planning stages necessary to prepare and minimize a life full of surprises. Women in Leadership is recognized as the leading program for women influencing and championing powerful women through advocacy, mentoring and networking. It is the destination forum for upcoming women who are quickly filling today’s leadership roles.

Linda Hem, Armstrong and Willis LLC, will speak on Young Professionals.
Erica Yaeger, Publisher, Richardson Living Magazine, will speak on Career Professionals.
Maria Harris, President, Bry-Jo Remodeling, will speak on the Parenting Stage.
Pam Krause, Leadership Richardson, will speak on the Pre-Retirement Stage.
Mary Boyter, Richardson Woman's Club, will speak on the Retirement Stage.
Camille Ussery, ViewPoint Bank, will act as Moderator.
