ANNE BECKER is author of The Transmutation Notebooks: Poems in the Voices of Charles and Emma Darwin. She teaches creative writing and Writing the Body, a workshop for those who have experienced chronic or life-threatening illness at The Writer's Center. For many years, she served as Senior Producer of Watershed Tapes, which include those of poets such as Ruth Stone, William Carlos Williams, Jean Valentine, Czeslaw Milosz, and Joseph Brodsky. Her chapbook, The Good Body, is forthcoming from Finishing Line Press in 2007.
