WMSE's 5th Annual Rockabilly Chili Contest April 1, 2007

The WMSE Rockabilly Chili Contest is the original, one of a kind culinary fundraiser for WMSE Radio where the Milwaukee community has a chance to vote for their favorite meat and vegetarian chili from up to 40 area restaurants, cafés, and taverns. The event will feature two cash bars serving local micro beers as well as great music presented by WMSE’s own DJs Jonny Z from Friday’s Chicken Shack and Dietrich from Saturday Morning Car Tunes!

Proceeds from this event will benefit 91.7 FM, WMSE.

The price of admission to the public is $3.00 at the door and $1.00 per chili serving. Families are welcome!

It’s the fifth year for this original chili contest! This year’s WMSE Chili Contest will be held at the Harbor Lights Room in O’Donnell Park (Downtown Transit Center) at 909 E. Michigan St. on Milwaukee’s beautiful lakefront, just steps away from the Milwaukee Art Museum and the new Discovery World!
