!With a Grain of Salt' exhibition is drawn from the museum's permanent collection and illustrates the early brown and gray rustic wares made in Germany, but focuses on the lighter white wares produced in England. The technique made its way to America, including North Carolina, and examples of those wares are included in the exhibition.
