Wintry Walk to A Pounding Rock December 26, 2010

Welcome winter by exploring grassland, oak, and riparian habitats. Glimpse thousands of years of history during this leisurely hike to ridgetop heights. Share acorn soup and a potluck lunch at a site where local Ohlones processed food. A four and one-half mile loop trail, rain or shine. Meet at the Garin Barn Visitor Center. Registration is required.
