The Hub has been transformed into a winter wonderland for the festive period. The installation includes the work of established artists and students from the University. It is inspired by The Hunters in the Snow, a 16th Century painting by Peter Bruegel which depicts three hunters returning from a hunting expedition with their dogs.
Laura Gee and Robert Shadbolt are established illustrators who have collaborated on the project. Laura creates hand drawn, playful illustrations in 2D and 3D and she has recently become interested in creating installations. Robert teaches at the University and his work is regularly published in the Guardian, Daily Telegraph and Chronicle Books.
The installation is closed at weekends.
