Winter Discovery Hike February 5, 2011

Join docents Steve Warner and Dave Kocsis on a 3-mile discovery exploration, where you'll discuss what's found on the ground and in the trees as flora, fauna or fungi. Follow this leisurely stroll along mostly level ground through beautiful mixed hardwood forest to discover the world of the winter. Reservations are required and will be accepted on or after January 22. For this activity at Purisima Creek Redwoods Preserve, meet at the Redwood Trail entrance, a small turnout on the west side of Skyline Boulevard, 13.2 miles north of Page Mill Road or 6.5 miles south of Highway 92.
