Winemaker Alsatian-Style Dinner with Standing Stone Vineyards (Finger Lakes, NY) Join us for a winemaker dinner with Tom and Marti Macinski of Standing Stone Vineyards from the Finger Lakes of New York. To showcase their wonderful wines we have crafted a multi-course Alsatian-Style dinner with our wonderful fresh and local ingredients. According to the Wine Spectator “Owners Marti and Tom Macinski have consistently made an array of the region’s best wines: The Vidal dessert white is a knockout; Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay and Riesling are quite good; and while many wineries in the area try to make Cabernet Sauvignon, the Macinskis actually pull it off." Wine-Thirty starts at 6:30pm, Dinner at 7:00pm.
