wine tasting: Dessert Wines and Chocolates December 5, 2007

Learn about the different categories of dessert wines from semi sweet to sweet and sparkling as well as the secrets of chocolate making from cocoa to delicious truffles.

We will pair 8 different dessert wines (white and red) with chocolate truffles. This will be followed by a farandole of desserts.
