Owner/winemaker Jeff Gaffner is a 25 year veteran of the wine industry, although his involvement in grape growing goes back much further. As a second generation Sonoma Valley farmer, Jeff and his family have managed their prized 100 year old Casa Santinamaria Vineyard in Sonoma since 1934. Most notably, Jeff was part of the winemaking team responsible for Chateau St. Jean’s 1996 Cinq Cepages, which was named the 1999 Wine of the Year by Wine Spectator Magazine.
