Wine Down Main Street November 6, 2009

Wine Down Main Street is the best night out all year and Franklin's Premier Wine Tasting Event.  Now in it’s 9th year, it was voted 1st Place Winner as the Best Fundraiser/Charity Event in Williamson County.  Wine Down Main Street is a unique wine tasting that takes place along Historic Main Street in Franklin, Tennessee.  Just 20 miles south of Nashville, more than 40 shops play host to wines from around the world.  Participants receive a booklet listing the wines and descriptions and a commemorative wine glass.  Back by popular demand, a premium tasting room will be pouring specially selected wines for an additional fee.  Begin your journey at any store and bring your shopping list!  Taste wines, shop, sample food from area restaurants, listen to music from many live acts and enjoy your Wine Down Main Street all for a good cause.  Proceeds from this event go to the Boys & Girls Club of Franklin/Williamson County in Tennessee.
