Join us at VinTabla as we welcome Matt Ortman of Ortman Family Winery in Paso Robles, CA for another magical winemaker dinner highlighting Chef Bruce Yim's culinary talents aligned with these refined and seductive wines presented by Master Sommelier Laura Williamson alongside Matt. We will showcase the new release of their 2008 Syrah Rosé, as well as their 2007 Edna Valley Chardonnay, 2006 Santa Rita Hills Pinot Noir, 2006 Willamette Valley, OR Pinot Noir, 2003 ‘White Cottage' Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and 2007 ‘Cuveé Eddy' S.
