Wine Dinner at Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro June 4, 2009

Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro will offer its first wine dinner on Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will include a 4-course meal paired with renowned wines of Oregon's Patton Valley Vineyards. Vinifera's Executive Chef, Bo Palker, and a representative from Patton Valley Vineyards will describe how the characteristics of each wine enhance the flavors in the dishes.
