Wine and Cheese Class - Spanish Speaking Summer Sippers: Whites to Drink 'Til Labor Day June 5, 2009

It may be your inclination to opt for a Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc during the sweltering months of summer. While these are some of California’s finest varietals, it is always advantageous to explore your options. Wine Expert Chris Spangler will introduce you to exotic grape varietals, like Verdejo and Torrontes, perfectly paired with a warm sunny day at the beach. The wines will be artfully matched with fine artisan cheeses by Chef Cinthia. Wine and cheese classes are held on the first Friday of every month. Reservations are required.
