English songwriter William Topley, nurtured on a diet of blues and rock 'n' roll, has been building a seriously dedicated fan base in the U.S. ever since the release of 'Prince of the Deep Water' in 1991, his first album with his band The Blessing. Going solo in 1997, Topley released 'Black River,' showcasing his deep bluesy vocals and admiration of reggae overtones. Topley released his fifth effort, 'Sea Fever,' in 2005.
