Willard Wigan Presents "Art in the Eye of a Needle: The Hollywood Collection" April 12, 2010

British micro-sculptor phenomenon Willard Wigan MBE will introduce his "Art in the Eye of a Needle: The Hollywood Collection" at Chicago’s Nicole Gallery for a limited six-week exhibition launching Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Wigan’s mesmerizing works of art are barely visible with the naked eye and are presented to the public for viewing via specially-commissioned microscopes. Wigan’s 12-piece Hollywood Collection will feature stars of stage and screen including Marilyn Monroe on top of a real diamond; Elvis Presley in concert on a pin head; Charlie Chaplin; Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, also on top of a real diamond; Gene Kelly in “Singing in the Rain;” and even the Incredible Hulk.
