Wildlife Encounters February 20, 2011

Attend one of the daily wildlife encounter sessions and learn about unique wildlife as they demonstrate natural behaviors like foraging and free flight. Programs are scheduled Weekdays: 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., & 2:30 p.m., and Weekends and Holidays: 12 p.m., 2 p.m., & 4 p.m. You will also have the opportunity to attend a Lory Parrot Feeding. Wildlife World Zoo was the first zoo in the nation to create a lory feeding exhibit. Meet tropical birds from the South Pacific as they land on your arm to nibble on apple slices. Times scheduled are: 1 a.m., 1 p.m., & 3 p.m. Daily. Turaco Bird Feedings occur at 1:30 p.m. & 3:30 p.m. Daily.
