Russian Ridge Preserve is one of the premiere spring wildflower viewing sites, and docents Keith JohnsgÄrd and Ellen Johnson invite you to join them in search of spring blossoms. The wildflower season can be very capricious, sometimes early or late, and sometimes short or long. This leisurely-paced, 4.5-mile hike will be offered on three separate Saturdays, hoping for sunny days to rendezvous with early, mid-season, and late-blooming wildflowers. Carpooling is encouraged as the parking lot often overflows during wildflower season. Reservations are required and will be accepted on or after March 7. Link on SuperNosy.com keyword - Free
