Mosey on down to The Durham Museum for some old-fashioned fun! On Saturday, July 21 The Durham
Museum is teaming up with Wild West Creations to bring back the Old West! Museum guests will enjoy a rootin’ tootin’ goodtime with a full line-up of activities:
• Witness old-fashioned gun fights on the museum’s parking deck
• Learn about famous cowboys such Wyatt Earp, Pecos Pete, and Curly Bill as portrayed by Wild West Creations reenactors
• Enjoy whip-cracking demonstrations and trick riding with Mark and Miranda Lyon
• Learn about train robbers from the Old West
• Take part in games and crafts such as horseshoes and create your own vest
• Learn how to lasso
• See leather craft and blacksmith demonstrations
• Take photos with the Wild West Creations cowboys
• Purchase old-fashioned favorites such as root beer and BBQ beef sandwiches in the Soda Fountain
• Receive a FREE bandana compliments of First National Bank, while supplies last!!!

Admission: Adults: $8; Seniors (62+): $6; Children (3-12): $5; Children 2 and under and Durham Museum members are free
Hours: Tuesday: 10AM-8PM; Wednesday-Saturday: 10AM-5PM; Sunday: 1PM-5PM; The Durham is open Mondays, June, July, August and December from 10AM-5PM. Closed major holidays.
