The ORIGINAL "Wild Rib Cook Off & Music Festival- Frewsburg" is entering its 6th year in the New York region in 2011. Wednesday 4PM - 10PM, Thursday 4PM - 10PM, Friday 4PM - 11PM, Saturday 11AM - 11PM This popular community event is produced by Performance & Event Management of Erie, PA. Partial proceeds benefit the Frewsburg Fire Company.
National Touring Rib Cooking Teams will be preparing the very best in BBQ cuisine offering pulled pork, full and half-rack ribs, tasters, rib dinners and more featuring their specialty sauces and secret recipe rubs. Enjoy the other festival delights including fresh squeezed lemonade, fudge, corn dogs, hot-dogs, fries, ice cream, funnel cakes and so much more. Something wonderful is here to please every pallet.
This family festival offers free admission to the public. Several contests and raffles are being planned. Kids can have a blast in the "Rib Kids Fun Zone". Ride-a-Ribba-ramma passes are available as well as individual ride tickets.
Food...Music...Artists & Crafters, demonstrations, informational booths and Fun for all ages. Enjoy ice cold beer in the beer garden sponsored by the Frewsburg Fire Co. Great food...enjoyable music...comfortable summer-time setting and family fun. We invite you to be a part of the excitement!!!
