1812 Productions, Philadelphia's All Comedy Theatre Company, is pleased to offer a "Name Your Own Price" performance of its current production 'Why I'm Scared of Dance by Jen Childs,' half of the proceeds of which will benefit the Jilline Ringle Solo Performance Program. Best known for her premiere comedy creations ('Always a Lady,' 'Cherry Bomb,' 'This Is The Week That Is,' 'Double Down'), Ms. Childs takes to the stage to give the audience a one on one lesson in jazz, hip hop, ballet, and why working at the barre is not quite as much fun as working at the bar. A moving and self-effacing comedy, 'Why I'm Scared of Dance by Jen Childs' is about turning the choreography life gives you into the dance that only you were born to do.
