What makes you cool? How can you develop the iconic stature and brand loyalty of a Trader Joe's or an Apple? You need to connect what makes you relevant to those who want it by defining their key personality characteristics and behaviors.
At the October BACN meeting, Steven Donaldson helps you define the clients that will most value what you offer and show you how to reach them. This process creates persona profiles of why your most valued clients are looking for you and what you offer. You'll leave with a list of characteristics and defined personalities that will tell you where and how to find undiscovered raving fans.
Participants will engage in defining their client personas with each other through a series of questions and answers. By the end of this meeting, consultants will be able to
* Define the attributes specific to your practice that are most valued by your best customer or client and that differentiate and add value to what you do.
* Know how to develop a persona profile of people and personalities (ages, demographics, lifestyle) that will shape your communications with each persona.
* Define the best way to reach out to these different groups or individuals: calls, social media, direct mail, e-mail marketing, word of mouth, demonstrations or events.
