Whistler Art Workshops on the Lake: Naked Clay with Penny Martyn August 8, 2009

NAKED CLAY - As clothes are to the human body, so are glazes to ceramics. Use of clay tools and equipment included. We will revisit the history of naked clay, including the use of clay, clay bodies, additives to clay, sculpting basics, and use of slips, burnishes and washes.
