“What I Love About Ukraine” – Ukrainian Culture Celebration (20th Anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence) October 22, 2011

The International Center of the San Francisco Public Library and the Kolyada Vocal Ensemble present a bilingual excursion through the history and ethnography of Ukraine showcasing traditional folk and contemporary music, songs, dances, and slideshow images of regional Ukrainian landscapes. This third annual critically-acclaimed program (in English and Ukrainian) features performances by Ukrainian musicians, singers, and dancers from Northern California.

In association with the Ukrainian Heritage Club in Sacramento, the Consulate General of Ukraine in San Francisco, and the Ukrainian-American Coordinating Council in the Greater Bay Area.
