The Westchester Chamber Orchestra will perform a free Independence Day concert on Saturday, July 3 at 5 p.m. at the Ossie Davis Theater of the New Rochelle Public Library, 1 Library Plaza. The Orchestra will perform the music of American composers Leroy Anderson and Victor Herbert.
