West Towns Men’s Chorus Looking For New Singers January 11, 2010

WTC is hosting a free “Guest Night” Monday, January 11, 2010, 7:00-9:30 pm, at their rehearsal facility on the second floor of the Moose Hall in Downers Grove, 1030 Warren.

Men interested in singing are invited. The men chosen will qualify to join the chorus and sing in upcoming concerts, including a Spring Show to be held in May and the Christmas Shows to be held at the Tivoli Theater, on December 10, 11 and 12, 2010.

The West Towns Chorus is the second largest men’s four-part a cappella chorus in Illinois, a past state chorus champion and a past international chorus champion. It is considered the western suburbs best kept secret. It currently consists of 80 active singers, but it is looking for more singers for all four voice parts: bass, baritone, tenor and lead. If you are a man over 16 that likes to sing, or know of a man who likes to sing, you should attend this event.
