West End Comedy at HATTheatre featuring Stand-up & Improv – 7:30 Mature Audiences & 9:30 Improv Jam (Benefit Show) January 29, 2011

In its inaugural season at HATTheatre, West End Comedy celebrates its great start with phenomenal audiences and ensuing hilarity.

Saturday, January 29th at 7:30 is the mature show and at 9:30 pm is the first Anna is Awesome short form improv jam. Stand-up Joe Hafkey, organizer of Café Diem’s Open Mic Night, will be the featured comic for the show followed by a WE Comedy performance using audience suggestions to create entertaining scenes. Anna is Awesome improv jam offers the audience a chance to view and even perform with WE Comedy.

A portion of ticket sales from the January shows will benefit soon to be local Kate Kozonasky. Recently, Kate was a victim of the 5-alarm apartment fire in Philadelphia that captured the attention of national news; unfortunately she lost everything. Hopefully the comedy will bring a smile to her face, and the donations will help her recover.
