HEALTH CARE COOPERATIVE PARTICIPATING
IN WELLNESS HEALTH FAIR

Residents of southwest Houston are invited to attend a Wellness Health Fair, partially sponsored by Patient Physician Cooperatives. The fair will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 16 at the Wellness Center, Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. Free services include blood pressure, BMI, diabetes screening, and medical and insurance consulting. Food prizes and entertainment will be available. 300 free flu shots will be given.
