This 4 week workshop sets up a strong foundation for achieving your weight loss goals. Each week builds on the foundations that were laid the previous week, giving you new tools and strategies that will empower you to create the changes in your body that you desire.
The sessions consist of two parts: the cognitive discussion and the hypnotic reinforcement.
During the cognitive portion Melissa will introduce the topic of the day and how it applies to weight and body issues. There will be a general discussion and a sharing of strategies and resources.
In hypnosis, you will achieve a trance state that allows suggestions to reach the subconscious quickly and easily. These hypnotic suggestions will enhance your willpower, motivation, and belief in your ability to create new habits around eating and exercise that will enhance your success!
