Weekly Qigong Practice Classes July 28, 2011

For these five Thursdays, we will have 2 consecutive classes, a beginning and advanced. This is a great opportunity to begin or renew your Wisdom Healing Qigong practice plus learn the advanced form all in one half day! Mingtong and Linling will answer your questions and give teachings according to your stage of practice.

BEGINNING CLASS -- $80 for 5 classes

Thursdays July 28, August 4, 11, 18 and September 1 from 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Mingtong and Linling will teach and review the forms and guide extensive practice for each session. The class will include movement, visualization, sound healing, and instruction.

This class is appropriate for both beginning and repeating students, and is an excellent follow up for retreat practitioners.

ADVANCED CLASS -- $100 for 5 classes

Thursdays July 28, August 4, 11, 18 and September 1 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

The classes will include: SBM, Chen Chi or Spine Bending or Hip Rotation, LCUPCD or Standing Meditation or Group Healing.

This class is designed for repeating students, and is a support class for repeating and retreat practitioners.
