Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for one hour of walking, stretching, strengthening, and body toning using only the park, our own bodies, and gravity. All levels welcome; we modify the program to meet your level of ability. These walks are year-round. Heavy rain or temperatures below 20 F cancel.

Please note: We also offer Saturday Fitness Walking programs from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. The meeting place is the same.
