On World Usability Day this year, come to Birmingham Institute of Art and Design to discuss your web site with User-lab's researchers and professionals. We're offering a free consultation of up to 1/2 an hour over a cup of tea and biscuits - just drop in any time between 12 and 9pm and we'll discuss any usability issues relating to your site, hopefully leaving you itching to try out some different ideas.
Are you wondering why your site visitors don't go to the 'buy' page? Do you suspect there might be an easier way to navigate your information? Should that button say 'Next', 'Ok' or 'Submit'? Whatever the concern we'll be happy to take a look with you - we have vast experience of designing sites and interfaces and, more importantly, seeing how users interact with the web.
We'll also be live tweeting throughout the day from @User_labWUD so you can follow our progress and get in touch for a free consultation online; we'll be setting up a chat room for free one-on-one reviews of your sites.
One last point, this is open to anyone: students, businesses, shops, designers - if you suspect your site could be doing more for you, we look forward to your visit.
Call Jerome on 0121 331 7915 for more details, directions, etc.
