Weaving Our Voices: A Unique Teen Art Exhibit May 5, 2010

Weaving Our Voices explores the complex ways our lives are woven into one another. Wingra School Art teacher Barbara Westfall, worked with forty-two students ages 11-14, asking them to explore their personal interests, identity and voice in weaving, skateboard art and printmaking.
The exhibit will run from May 6—15 at the Playhouse Gallery in the Overture Center for the Arts. An Opening Reception will be held May 6 from 6 – 7 p.m.
