Elizabeth Taylor was a cultural icon and pioneer in bringing AIDS awareness to the public eye. On May 28, the Houston art community will honor her life and legacy with an art show featuring remembrances and tributes to the violet-eyed silver screen legend from more than forty of Houston's up-and-coming artists.

25%-100% of sales from the show will benefit Legacy Community Health Services, a 501(c)3 nonprofit community health center that provides comprehensive, primary healthcare services in a culturally sensitive, judgement-free and confidential environment. Legacy has specialized in HIV/AIDS testing, education, treatment and social services since the beginning of the epidemic in the early 1980s.

This is going to be a fantastic evening of art and fundraising for an amazing organization while celebrating a true icon and pioneer, Elizabeth Taylor.

The event is free with donations accepted at the door.
