Waynesville School District Sports Program Physicals August 4, 2009

St. John's Clinic, St. Robert, will be offering free physicals for students in grades 7-12, participating in Waynesville School District sports programs.

The physicals will be given on Aug. 4th for children whose last names begin with the letters A-H, I-P on Aug. 5th, Q-Z on Aug. 6th.

Physicals will be administered from 5pm until 630pm on each of the designated dates.

A parent signature will be needed on the phyical form and a parent must be present for the examination.
