Join Watson Adventures on a unique scavenger hunt for adults!
If the United States had a giant attic, the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History would be it—and it provides the location for our most eclectic hunt. Recently and magnificently renovated, the galleries are packed with memorabilia representing all eras and aspects of American life. You’ll search for Lincoln’s top hat, Clinton’s saxophone, Julia Child’s kitchen, monstrous machines, two full-size locomotives, vintage cars, the flag that inspired the national anthem, Dorothy’s ruby slippers and more.
Price: $23.50 per person, which includes a donation to the museum.
Advance purchase is required via http://www.watsonadventures.com. Questions? Call 877-9GO-HUNT, but please do not call the museum directly.
Watson Adventures also offers a murder mystery scavenger hunt at the National Gallery, as well nudity-themed hunts at the National Gallery and the American Art Museum & National Portrait Gallery. In addition, hunts are offered throughout the National Air & Space Museum, Georgetown and other locations in the city.
