Following the Fall 2010 selection of the project team, including james corner field operations (jcfo) as the lead designer for Seattle’s re-envisioned waterfront, the city of Seattle and the Central Waterfront Committee will publically kick-off the project with a February 17, 2011 event.
James Corner will provide a 30-minute presentation at 7:00 p.m. that showcases the team’s analysis and aspirations for the waterfront and provides opportunities for the public to engage on design priorities. A brief Q&A will follow, as well as opportunities for the public to provide comment, ideas and interact with the City and Project teams. The Waterfront starts now – join in!
