Waterbar OysterFest 2009 ……Come Unhinged! October 15, 2009

Join Waterbar for a three-day bayside celebration of oysters, food and fun. OysterFest 2009 will kick-off on Thursday, October 15th at Waterbar with an expanded oyster selection, an oyster tasting menu in the dining room (available all day) and a special Oyster Dinner in the private dining room that evening. Expanded oyster offerings will be available at Waterbar throughout the weekend with a different Oyster Dinner featured each night in the private dining room.

The Oyster Dinner will be four-course meal featuring guest chefs from area restaurants. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner ticket sales will benefit The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito. The three-day event will culminate Saturday in an afternoon festival on Waterbar’s bayside patio. Oyster Fest will feature oysters, live music, contests, notable judges and celebrity MCs.
