Water Scarcity & Conflict - Environmental Conference at Connecticut College April 3, 2009

Featuring academicians, scientists, practitioners, and policy makers to discuss water scarcity and conflict. The conference will offer sessions highlighting a definition of the problem, responses to scarcity, and prospects for conflict resolution and cooperation.
