Washtenaw Community Concert Band: A Halloween Treat October 30, 2012

Washtenaw Community Concert Band: A Halloween Treat, 7:30 p.m. Tricks and treats and magical surprises are in store for the Band's Fall Halloween family concert. Selections performed by this 70 member community band include Grice's Haunted Carnival, John Williams' Chillers and Thrillers, Grieg's In the Hall of the Mountain King, Andrew Lloyd Weber selections from The Phantom of the Opera, among others. Conductor Chris Heidenreich and band members will perform in costume, and invite children of all ages to join in the parade of costumes, with prizes for best costume.
