Pat is the founder and president of Hamilton Consulting Group, a Georgia based company.
She has over 30 years experience in sales, sales management, customer service and corporate sales training. Prior to establishing Hamilton Consulting Group, she was the leader of Delta Air Lines' worldwide sales training department where her leadership contributed to Delta being named #21 in Training Magazine's Top 100 List for 2003, as well as, winning a citation for training from ASTD.
While employed by Delta, Pat had the responsibility of creating quality training for their worldwide sales force. She was instrumental in building the skills and competency models for world class sales performance within Delta, and the supporting training curriculum.
During her tenure at Delta, she won three "Excellence in Sales Performance" awards and was inducted into the "Chairman's Club," the most prestigious award presented by Delta.
Pat uses her background in theatre and comedy to enhance the learning experience. She is a dynamic speaker and has been the guest presenter for several organizations including: New York Society of Association Executives, New York, Inc., Rotary Clubs of America, and Toastmasters.
