WaMu Family 4th at Lake Union brings you Independence Day fireworks magic and wizardry for its 17th year high above the shores of Seattle's Gas Works Park.

American fireworks master Eric Tucker is choreographing and perfecting an all new pyrotechnic masterpiece for Seattle. The entire fireworks display will be digitally timed to a moving score of patriotic music that will be broadcast throughout Gas Works Park, as well as simulcast on KISS 106.1, 96.5 Jack-FM, KZOK 102.5 and Progressive Talk AM 1090, so bring your radio along as you watch from the hills surrounding Lake Union.

Why not make a day of it? Plan on joining us at Gas Works Park on the 4th beginning at noon to enjoy a free day of family activities, food and fun. More importantly, choose a great spot in the Park to watch the fireworks when night falls.

If you can't imagine pulling yourself away from your decks and backyard barbecues, KING 5 will be broadcasting the fireworks live beginning at 10 pm. Your favorite KING 5 personalities will be there to help you celebrate Independence Day with the thousands of patriotic revelers in Gas Works Park.
