Walking to Health provides short, safe and sociable walks for people to get out into the fresh woodland air, stretch their legs, de-stress and increase their physical activity levels.
Walks take place every Tuesday from 3rd February until the 24th November.
February, March, September, October and November walks meet at the Holt Cafe at 10am and last an hour.
April, May, June, July and August walks meet at the Forest Classroom at 6:30pm and last 90 minutes. These walks will be a little more strenuous and take in some of the more challenging forest trails.
April - August 6:30pm - 8pm meeting at the Forest Classroom. September - November 10am -11am meeting at the Holt Cafe
