Walk The Art Beat -- High Desert Gallery April 24, 2009

High Desert Gallery is pleased to host a special student exhibition during the upcoming Walk The Art Beat in downtown Redmond Oregon. High school students from Redmond High School and the International School of the Cascades will have ceramic works on display at High Desert Gallery on Friday April 24, 2009 from 5-8pm.

Works were selected from top art students in a variety of classes from Redmond main campuses’ Ceramics 2 students and Hartman campuses’ World Pottery & Sculpture and ISC Art classes. A range of students from grades 9-12 are represented. Pieces shown in the collection include hand built and wheel thrown works.

About Walk The Art Beat: Visit downtown Redmond, Oregon on Friday, April 24, from 5-8pm for Redmond's 'Walk the Art Beat,' a community arts event showcasing the art and music from local school children, Caldera project exhibition, and Chair-ity for Children silent auction to benefit the Sparrow Club.
