Learn unique paper collage techniques instructed by Rebekah Meier, author of “Sew Easy Papercrafting”, "Scrapbooking Techniques for Beginners,” “Romantic Weddings” and her most recent book, “Fabric Art Collage: 40+ Mixed Media Techniques.” $5 materials fee per student payable at time of class (limit 20). Must register for the 2-hour class, but all are welcome to attend a brief presentation, book sales and signing afterward.
