Voxhaul Broadcast + Ocean Grove + Robert Schwartzman (of Rooney) November 3, 2011

Formed in Orange County, CA, but based in Los Angeles, indie rock group Voxhaul Broadcast feature David Dennis (vocals, guitar), Anthony Aguiar (guitar, keyboards), Phillip Munset II (bass), and Kurt Allen (drums). Compared by some to Kings of Leon, the band performed at the 2008 ~SXSW festival and released its Rotten Apples EP on the Retone label that same year. In 2011, the band self-released Timing is Everything. LA Times Magazine's June 2010 "Music Issue" recently picked Voxhaul Broadcast as one of LA's ‘Best New Indie Bands' by ultimate tastemaker Nic Harcourt. Voxhaul Broadcast has showcased at SXSW, CMJ, Sundance, Noisepop Pop Fest in San Francisco, been featured on DAYTROTTER (w/ a second session booked for later this summer)and won the title of ‘Best Indie Band' at Milwaukee's Summerfest.

Robert Coppola Schwartzman (born December 24, 1982) is an American actor and musician. Schwartzman is also best known as the lead vocalist of the rock/pop band Rooney. He has also acted in the short black-and-white film Lick the Star and The Virgin Suicides, both directed and co-written by his cousin Sofia Coppola, as well as The Princess Diaries.
