Volunteering for Young Professionals: Fundraiser Set-Up May 23, 2010

Help us help them! Noah’s Ark Animal Welfare Association will be hosting a fundraising event in Califon, NJ and we are looking for volunteers to assist with the set up. We need a team of 10 Young Professionals to assist with the set up of chairs, tables, silent auction items, place settings and more. Volunteers will work together from 12:30 to 3:30 and afterward all will head out for a celebratory lunch together!

Who Can Attend:
Anyone who is 21 to 39 years old. You do not need to be a Member of either organization but you must put down a deposit.

Deposits:
Because they are relying on us we are asking that all volunteers put down a FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $9.18. The $9.18 will be returned to all who attend the event. Cancellations will be accepted (and deposits refunded) up until noon on the day before.

Dress:
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes but nothing torn, ripped, or stained. You will be seen by the attendees at this event.

About the Event:
The Country Kit-Tea Fundraiser will benefit Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association. The event will feature an afternoon tea party in the traditional English style offering a selection of blended teas and homemade scones from Sally Lunn’s, guest speaker Dr. Sheila Lounsberry, Veterinary Acupuncture Services in Sparta will present holistic remedies and acupuncture for cats. http://www.noahsarknj.org/KitTeaFlyer.2.pdf

Check in at 12:30 at the barn behind the Raritan Inn. Park in the grass lot that is next to the Raritan Inn.
