Voices of the Revolution Opening Event and Film Premiere February 4, 2011

KPTS Channel 8 joins TKAAM to celebrate the opening of its new exhibit, Voices of the Revolution with a free screening of Freedom Riders: American Experience. Voices of the Revolution is an exhibit of color woodcuts by Edith Kaplan accompanied by an anthology of poems with historical notes edited by Helen Haynes. This exhibition displays individuals throughout our nation whose courageous voices against inequality were so loud that they started a revolution. You are invited to join us to view the exhibit and the documentary. This event is free and open to the public.
