Vistancia Tour of Homes Event April 21-22 April 21, 2012

Home buyers looking for an active and growing master-planned community offering great home values are invited to the Vistancia Tour of Homes event, 10 a.m.
to 5 p.m. April 21-22 in Peoria. The event is free and open to the public.
Tour of Homes will include seeing 20 new home models by Vistancia home builders K. Hovnanian Homes, Meritage Homes, Rosewood Homes, Shea Homes, Taylor Morrison and T.W. Lewis by David Weekley Homes; and more than 20 move-in ready spec homes, 40 resale homes and six custom homesites in three different lifestyle villages - Vistancia Village, the age-restricted Trilogy at Vistancia and the private, gated golf community of Blackstone.
The event will also include private tours of Blackstone Country Club’s 30,000-square-foot Hacienda Clubhouse offering fine and casual dining, fitness center, resort-style pools and tennis courts.
Light food and beverages will be provided in addition to raffle giveaways. During the weekend, participating builders will be offering new home sales incentives such as one year of HOA dues.
Vistancia’s annual community garage sale charity drive, offering a variety of gently-used items, will also take place on April 21 from 7 a.m. to noon. Proceeds from the garage sale will benefit Childhelp of Phoenix.

Tour of Homes visitors are to register at the Vistancia Information Center, 12026 W. Lone Mountain Parkway, to receive a home tour map and register for raffle prize drawings. Additional builder raffle drawings will be offered.
Vistancia now has a second north/south access into the community. Take Loop 303 to the new Lone Mountain Parkway (exit 127).
