Visit Wharton County Museum April 13, 2007

Along with the history of Wharton county and all it entails (war, religion, college, agriculture, sports, commerce) The Museum also has a trophy room given to the Museum by Marshall and Lillie Johnson. The room includes animals brought back from around the world. The childhood home of Dan Rather is located on the Museum grounds.
